What if House and Senate Republicans actually supported the bill and voted with Democrats to establish Pelosi’s 25th Amendment Commission? And then, what if the Commission immediately determined that President Trump is not competent to conduct the duties of his office?

Living Like We Believe It
The Psalms say that even the plans of people and nations are helpless to thwart the plan of God. If we really believe this, then we must believe — we have no choice but to believe — that no political party, no party platform, no legislation, no judicial appointment, no election, and no individual choice regarding how someone votes, can thwart God’s plan. Specifically, none of those things can thwart God’s plan to save His people or His church. Or unborn babies.
I Was Told There Would Be Winning!
A vast majority of religious conservatives voted for Trump solely or primarily (or at least substantially) because they believed that he would put conservative judges on the Supreme Court, and that would make things all better. Conservative judges will fix what ails us, and that’s all that counts. Unfortunately, history has shown us time and time again that that voting strategy doesn’t work.
The Problem with Libertarians
I struggle with people who call themselves libertarians. To judge from the comments on their Facebook pages, “libertarian” seems to be a not-so-subtle code word for “anarchist.” The main problem I have with libertarians is that they tend to focus pretty exclusively on their rights as they apply on an individual basis, and they tend to ignore those very same rights as they apply on a societal basis.
